Soccer Slowly Seeps into the US
Sat Jun 28, 2008
Comparing popularity to the NHL and WNBA is a bit like saying nobody watches.
Preservationists: Gas drilling threatens carvings
Wed May 28, 2008
I've done a lot of hiking in that area and been to this site as well as many others off the beaten track.
McCain in bed with lobbyist... literally?
Wed Feb 20, 2008
It doesn't do anyone any good to settle old scores with the other team. We're trying to make the country a better place, right? For everyone, or at least as many of us as possible? "Teams" aren't a good concept for anyone in that regard. Also, I don't think anyone is on Guiliani's team.
McCain in bed with lobbyist... literally?

Maybe the article is inaccurate and misleading, maybe it's not. I'm not here to debate that. But as far as I can tell, the headline is pretty damn faithful to the content. Bill Harrison wrong. Reported!

Wed Jan 23, 2008
Good points both of you. I'm enjoying this thread (even if nobody but us is in it anymore) but won't have time to write a meaningful response until later, which I'll try to do. And you're right... we're going to need a bigger brush. (groan)
Worries That the Good Times Were Mostly a Mirage
Wed Jan 23, 2008
I like you too Kevin. Before I begin, I haven't supported just about any of Bush's policies, including tax cuts, but my original argument here is that presidents are given more than their due for economic shifts to the positive or negative, and I'm sticking with that.
